Celia Muñoz is a multifaceted artist, combining ventriloquism, operatic singing and acting in a revolutionary and innovative manner. Finalist in America’s Got Talent, her ventriloquism skill left judges speechless during AGT recent season. Winner of both the GoldenBuzzer and the Grand Prize of Spain’sGot Talent, she began her career as a classical stage actress, appearing at festivals such as the International Festival of Classical Theatre in Almagro, Spain. Afterwards she earned her master degree in operatic singing at the world famous Sibelius Academy in Helsinki, and began singing in operatic projects both classical and contemporary. Celia has been awarded many prizes, such as scholarships from the Finnish Cultural Foundation and the Sibelius Academy, as well as a grant from the Spanish Ministry of Culture. She collaborates with director and World Champion Magician, Miguel Muñoz, trains her voice with world renowned voice teacher Dale Fundling, and has coached ventriloquism with Gary Owen, coach of Darcy Lynne, the winner of America’s Got Talent. At the moment she is performing as a ventriloquist all around the world at magic festivals and TV programs, such as FISM ( International Federation of Magic Societies) , Memorial Li Chan, Christmas Gala on Tele5, New Years Gala on Spanish National Television, Tu si que Vales on Italia Canal5, Sálvame and Viva la Vida on TV5, Vigo Magic Fest and Toledo Ilusión, among others. Celia is revolutionizing the stage with her innovative combination of art forms. Her unique and charming ventriloquism performances are combined with illusion and the Fine Arts to create some of the world’s most novel performances.
